Avocado Mist

A refreshing beverage with avocado pulp, an exotic recipe from Chef Sergio Fernandez Puente.


INGREDIENTS:


- 6 oz. grapefruit soda

- 2 oz. Avocado pulp

- 1 oz. mezcal

- 1 oz. passion fruit pulp

- Crushed ice to taste

- Grapefruit slice



PREPARATION

Crush the ice in the blender; add all the ingredients, except the grapefruit slice. Blend it, until you get a frappe mixture.

Serve it on a on a frosted glass to make it even more special, and place the grapefruit slice on the rim of the glass.
